Artwork usage:
- Please do not claim my artwork as your own.
- Artwork is allowed to be posted on social media. If posted, please tag me or @mention. unless commercial use is purchased, it is not required.
- Watermark is added incase of art theft, I request to please not remove it, unless commercial use is purchased.
- Using my artwork for AI is prohibited under any circumstances (AI training, modification, any usage.) You will be blacklisted permanently from requesting any service from me if used.
- Reselling of art work is prohibited, and is used for the client that commissioned the service only. (this includes: adopotables, custom illustrations or any artwork requested from me.)
Deadline/Rush fee:
- I work within my own timeframe and will finish your commission before the selected deadline.
- If artwork is required within a certain deadline I have to add a fee. (1 week for completion)
- Deadline fees is a fixed fee which is selectable through proposal form.
Policy:
- My art is stylized, so please do not ask me to “change” my art style or imitate someone else’s style.I will send a rough sketch first. You may request up to 2 revisions, any changes made after that I need to charge a fee.
- Please do not change the commission details after I have started, as I may already be working on it.
- Please use polite language when discussing commissions.
- I have the right to refuse service if I feel uncomfortable or unable to continue.
Skeb Requests:
- Skebs are Commissions that are "surprise me type" artwork, which requires no communication unless you want certain changes or additions I am happy to change and fix.
- You can request poses, or specific expressions to fit your character, feel free to be as descriptive as you like.
- I don't send wip sketches when working on Skeb Requests, once I have sent your Skeb I have completed the request.
Custom Requests:
- Custom Requests are waitlisted.
- Once I am ready to start your custom request I will send the proposal and invoice.
- It is an open communication between me and the cilent
- I will send a wip sketch of the illustration and will revise the sketch 2 times ONLY. If more than one revision is required a fee will be required which varies between illustration.
- I work within the agreed upon deadline, if I may go over it, or if the commission process takes longer we can expand the commission due date.
Communication:
- I communicate through VGEN, but if you would like to communicate outside the platform please contact me, and let me know.
Commercial Use:
- Artwork that has been paid for Commercial Use can use my artwork for promotion and monitized content including: (streaming platforms, content platforms, promotion, thumbnails etc.)
- Watermark is not required for Commercial Use, and is included within this purchase.
Merchandising Use:
- Artwork that has been paid for Merchandising use can use my artwork for merch, and commercial use.
NSFW:
- I do not do NSFW content.
- But I do offer suggestive illustrations which you have to be 18+ to request.
Payment & Refunds:
- I do not do payment outside of VGEN as that is prohibited to VGENS TOS
- I only accept payment straight away, I will not accept partial payments.
- If your request and proposal has been pending for more than 2 weeks your request will be cancelled. You can request again, but I ask if you could please not take longer than 2 weeks.
- I do not allow refunds once requests have been fully paid. It is non negotiable.
